Terms of Use for Weekly Draws Portal

Legal terms and conditions governing participation in weekly draws available to Canadian residents.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement

Participants must be 19 years of age or older to engage with weekly draws. Age verification is conducted during registration.

Geographic Eligibility

Weekly draws participation is available only to residents of Canada with valid Canadian addresses for prize distribution.

Identity Verification

Valid government-issued identification may be required for prize claims exceeding regulatory thresholds.

2. Prize Distribution Terms

Claim Period

Prize claims must be submitted within 90 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period are forfeited according to Canadian regulations.

Payment Methods

Prize distribution occurs via secure electronic transfer or certified cheque, depending on the prize amount and participant preference.

Tax Obligations

Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes won. Required tax documentation is provided for prizes exceeding regulatory thresholds.

3. Prohibited Activities

Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent participation limits is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Automated Systems

Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate weekly draws participation is not permitted.

Fraudulent Activity

Any form of fraudulent activity, including false information submission or prize claim manipulation, will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Transfer

Weekly draws accounts are non-transferable. Account ownership cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.

4. Data Management Policy

Information Collection

Essential participant information is collected for regulatory compliance, account management, and prize distribution purposes.

Storage Procedures

Data is stored on secure Canadian servers with appropriate encryption and access controls for participant protection.

Retention Period

Participant data is retained for 7 years following account closure, as required by Canadian regulatory authorities.

Deletion Requests

Data deletion requests can be submitted to support@coasttocoastprize.com, subject to regulatory retention requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Technical Issues

The portal is not liable for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or system errors that may affect weekly draws participation.

Service Interruptions

Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen service interruptions may occur without prior notice. Participants acknowledge this possibility.

Security Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for maintaining account security credentials. The portal is not liable for unauthorized account access.

6. Policy Modifications

Update Notification

Significant changes to terms will be communicated via registered email addresses at least 30 days before implementation.

Continued Participation

Continued use of the weekly draws portal following term updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms and conditions.
